Birthday for Rising MoonFyre by Seleena Male born Easter Sunday
2020 Birthing season came to a close mid-September with the birth of GLR Tashina's male cria sired by Electrofyre. With a total of 14 crias born, we had 6 girls and 8 boys...the last 3 were boys. Again a wee bit male heavy the last couple of years, but all were health and no major issues.
Electrofyre sired a total of 7 this year, 3 girls and 4 boys. All 7 are either white or light. Goldstar's Jet's legacy is still with us as he sired a brown boy out of Yazmine of Halo (Aladdin) and a brown girl (Coffee, Tea or Me) out of Coal Man's Pekoe. Electrofyre's sister, Emerald Cut deliver a light girl sired by Maxamus (Full sibling to Spectacular). I absolutely love the head style on Emerald Cut's girl.
Mardi Gras delivered a CSG boy sired by Silver Stone and Nataliah of PVA delivered a dark male with 1 white sock sired by Beau's Salvo. Salvo's sire is the amazing Black Beau of PVA, a true black herdsire. Although Salvo is a light fawn I was hoping this combination would produce a dark offspring with the amazing fiber stats that Salvo brings to the union.
Overall we are excited for the crop of cria we have been blessed with and look forward to watching them mature.
